If you expected to see your Business-to-Business (B2B) or School discount at checkout but weren’t charged the discounted price, you’ve likely encountered one of these issues:
1. You Checked Out Without Logging In
What happens:
If you arrive at checkout as a guest (not logged in), entering your email in the “Email” field does not tie the order to your B2B/School account.
The system treats it as a personal, full-price purchase—even if the email belongs to your school or business.
How to fix it:
Log in first via our School Login Portal: Click Here!
Browse and add items to your cart.
At checkout, you’ll see your discounted pricing automatically applied.
2. You Used Shop Pay for B2B/School Orders
What happens:
Any use of Shop Pay—even after logging in—creates the order under a guest profile.
Because Shop Pay bypasses our account-linked checkout flow, no discount is ever applied.
How to fix it:
Avoid selecting Shop Pay for B2B/School purchases.
Log in via the School Login Portal first: Click Here!
Complete checkout using our standard payment methods (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Your B2B/School discount will apply correctly.
